After you order, we send three things: your username and password, your portal URL (or M3U link), and the guide for your exact device. Below are those guides. If any step goes sideways, message us and we'll walk you through it live.
Amazon Firestick & Fire TV
Allow app installs
From the Fire TV home screen go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and turn on Apps from Unknown Sources. If Developer Options is hidden, open About and click Fire TV Stick seven times.
Install a player
Search the Amazon App Store for IPTV Smarters Pro or Downloader. Most of our customers use Smarters; TiviMate is the better option if you want a proper TV guide layout and you don't mind installing it via Downloader.
Log in with your line
Open the app, choose Login with Xtream Codes API, then enter:
- Any name you like (e.g. "Living room")
- Username and password from your activation email
- Server URL exactly as we sent it, including http:// and the port
Let the list load
The first load pulls 90,000 channels and the VOD library, so give it 1–3 minutes. After that it's cached and opens instantly. Tip: hide categories you never watch — the interface gets much faster.
Samsung & LG Smart TV
Install the player app
From your TV's app store install IBO Player, Smart IPTV (SIPTV) or Duplex Play. Open it and write down the MAC address and device key it shows on screen.
Send us the MAC
Message that MAC address and key to us on WhatsApp. We upload your playlist to the app's activation portal for you — this is the step most people get stuck on, so let us do it.
Restart and watch
Close the app completely and reopen it. Your channels and VOD appear. Some of these apps charge a one-off activation fee of a few euros to their own developer; that fee is theirs, not ours, and it's a lifetime unlock.
Android phone, tablet & TV box
Install from Play Store
IPTV Smarters Pro, XCIPTV or TiviMate all work. On an Android TV box, TiviMate with a remote is the nicest experience by a distance.
Add the playlist
Choose Xtream Codes and paste your username, password and server URL. If your app only accepts M3U, use the M3U link we send instead — same line, different format.
Pick a decoder
If you see stutter on 4K streams, open the player settings and switch the decoder from Hardware to Hardware+ or Software. On cheap boxes this single setting fixes most playback complaints.
iPhone, iPad & Apple TV
Install Smarters Player Lite
From the App Store, install Smarters Player Lite or IPTV Smarters Player. On Apple TV, the same app is available in the tvOS store.
Log in
Select Xtream Codes API and enter your credentials. On Apple TV you can type them with your iPhone keyboard when the prompt appears — much faster than the on-screen remote.
Enable EPG
In settings, turn on EPG auto-update so the guide refreshes daily. Set your correct time zone here or programme times will be off by an hour or two.
MAG, Formuler & Enigma2
Send your MAC
On MAG and Formuler, go to Settings → System Settings → About and send us the MAC address shown (it starts with 00:1A:79 on MAG devices). We register it on the portal.
Enter the portal URL
Go to Settings → System → Servers → Portals, name it PrimeFlex, and paste the portal URL we gave you. Save and reboot the box.
Enigma2 receivers
For Enigma2 (Vu+, Zgemma, Octagon) we provide an OSCAM/M3U bouquet file and a one-line install command over SSH. Message support and we'll send the file matched to your image.
Windows & macOS
Use VLC or a desktop player
Download VLC (free) or MyIPTV Player on Windows. On macOS, IINA and VLC both handle our streams well.
Open the network stream
In VLC choose Media → Open Network Stream and paste the M3U link we sent. The full channel list loads into your playlist panel.
Better on desktop
VLC has no EPG and no VOD browser. If you watch mainly on a computer, MyIPTV Player (Windows) or OTT Navigator through an Android emulator gives you the proper guide interface.
If something isn't right
One channel buffers, the rest are fine
That's a single source, not your connection. Report the channel name to support — re-pointing a source usually takes under an hour. In the meantime, most big channels exist two or three times in different categories (UK, UK FHD, UK 4K); try another copy.
Everything buffers in the evening
Almost always local network or ISP congestion. Test with a wired cable or a 5GHz Wi-Fi band, close other downloads, and restart the router. If it persists, tell us — we'll move your line to a different server node, which fixes it for ISPs that throttle streaming ports.
"Invalid credentials" or "Account expired"
Nine times out of ten it's a typo: the letter l vs the number 1, a trailing space, or a missing port number in the URL. Copy and paste rather than typing. If it's still refused, send us a screenshot — we can see your line status instantly.
The EPG (TV guide) is empty or wrong
Set the correct time zone in your player, then force an EPG refresh in settings. A full guide download takes a few minutes on the first run.
Audio plays but there's no picture
A decoder mismatch. Switch between Hardware, Hardware+ and Software decoding in the player settings. On older Firesticks, Software decoding on 4K streams is the usual fix.
