How fast do I get my subscription after paying?
Normally between 5 and 10 minutes. If you order at 3am it can take up to an hour, because a human still checks and builds each line. You'll receive your username, password, portal URL and the app to install.
What internet speed do I need?
10 Mbps is enough for HD, 25 Mbps for stable 4K. What matters more than raw speed is a stable connection — wired Ethernet or 5GHz Wi-Fi beats a 200 Mbps line on a congested 2.4GHz network every time.
Can I watch on more than one TV at the same time?
Each standard plan is one simultaneous connection. You can install the app on as many devices as you like, but only one can stream at a time. The Family plan gives you four simultaneous connections.
Do you really offer a free trial?

What happens if a channel stops working?
